2) The online casino must be licensed/regulated in a reputable
jurisdiction which upholds high standards and strict policies regarding
responsible and fair gaming practices. These jurisdictions include the UK
and all UK whitelisted jurisdictions (Malta, Gibraltar, Alderney, Isle of Man
and Tazmania), Curacao (Netherlands, Antilles), Antigua and Barbuda,
Kahnawake and properties with reputable management in Costa Rica.
Since Costa Rica only licenses and does not regulate online casinos, we are very
selective about which properties we list that are licensed here. At this time,

3) The online casino must receive third party audits by a reputable
